Pay the annual fee

The fee for the housing queue is SEK 200 per year. You pay the fee at the same time every year.

Payment options

You have different options to pay the annual fee. 30 days before the annual invoice is sent, you have the option to pay with card or Swish. This information is only communicated to you via an e-mail. If you don´t pay with card or Swish, we will send you a paper invoice by regular mail. 

Pay with a paper invoice

If you do not pay the annual fee with a card or Swish, we will send you a paper invoice by mail. You can also download it on Mina sidor.

Pay with e-invoice

E-invoice is an invoice that is sent, received and processed electronically instead of the paper invoice. You can order e-invoices from your bank.

Reminder and due date

If you do not pay the fee before the due date, we will send you a reminder by mail followed by another reminder if you fail to pay. If we do not receive a payment after the second reminder, you membership at Bostadsförmedlingen will end and you will lose all accumulated time in the queue.
